Terms

Last updated October 11, 2026. Draft for review by a lawyer before launch.

The basics

• You must be 18 or older to use PowderCalls.
• Forecasts come from the National Weather Service and can be wrong. PowderCalls is a planning tool, not a safety service. Check road, avalanche, and resort conditions yourself before you go.
• Carpools and meetups are arranged between crew members. PowderCalls doesn't screen members and isn't responsible for what happens on a ride or on the mountain. Meet in public places.
• Crew organizers decide who joins and can remove members.

Be decent

No harassment, hate, spam, or impersonation. Report problems with the Report button. We can remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Changes

PowderCalls is free and may change or end. We'll post updates to these terms here.
